Applicants can submit without test scores with a signed letter from their counselor or Senior JROTC Instructor stating that testing was not reasonably available to the applicant. These student must have a unweighted GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale and at least a 2.0 in Algebra II or equivalent course.
