Postsecondary Education Planning 

Postsecondary Education planning involves my assessing the students' strengths, weaknesses, and future plans to ensure the best placement for a student's postsecondary education, communicating with families and the student to ensure the student has support from families, and touring the campus.  I provide support with the student completing college application and FAFSA applications, and ensuring the student knows where to go on campus to ensure their academic needs are met within the classroom, and the student has requested accommodations from the school. I have attached a report of postsecondary planning with the differences between the student's high school and chosen college, and a summary of his virtual college visit.

This padlet demonstrates the post-secondary snapshot a student and I completed to prepare for his postsecondary education plan.  This student and I worked together to ensure that he is prepared to enroll in college.
