Coffeehouse Chats (Alumni Edition)

04/05/2018

The Coffeehouse Chats is a unique and recently semiannual event hosted by Rho Chi. On April 10th, 2018, we hosted the event for its 9th consecutive year, the second in the 2017-2018 academic year. The goal of this event has been to foster professional relationships between students and pharmacists from various different professions. Students were able to learn about experiences from seasoned pharmacists working with backgrounds in managed care, residency, oncology, and fellowships.  We provided a casual environment for attendees to gather and discuss experiences, careers, current events, and other topics related to the field of pharmacy. We organized round table sessions, with at least one alumni at each table, and served coffee, dinner, and dessert. All members in attendance provided positive feedback after the event.
