Abstract
The process of urbanization and population growth has been intensifying around the world, leaving its scars recorded in cities through different land uses and occupations. Irregular occupations arise in this context due to several factors, from the deficiency of governance, the non-application of urban laws to spatial segregation. The analysis of land use and occupation stands out in environmental studies as a tool in the identification of environmental degradation processes, being considered an ally by urban, environmental and social improvements. In our regional context, the Subaé River, which is born in Feira de Santana, Bahia, records irregular occupations in its permanent protection area (APP), suppression of vegetation cover, contamination and pollution of the river by domestic and industrial effluents, which currently determined the inadequate local environmental conditions. In view of this identified problem, the objective of the article is to analyze the relationship between the environment and land use and occupation in an urban stretch of the Subaé River, in order to obtain a diagnosis of the environmental condition and verify the validity and supervision of normative instruments for environmental protection in the face of local environmental problems, which we present in this article. For this, the research was based on the descriptive study with bibliographic and documentary research, in addition to field research through the application of the rapid evaluation protocol. We identified that the current scenario of environmental degradation of the Subaé River and its banks are also due to the use and occupation of the land in the municipality of Feira de Santana being associated with non-compliance with environmental standards and the lack of supervision of the competent agencies.

Democratic school management and its contributions
Pâmella Cristina Santos de Matos
Abstract
The present research aims to present the contributions and benefits of democratic school management in public educational institutions, since before the Federal Constitution of 1988 this was not a right of society, but something that only happened if the manager, in the exercise of its function, chose. If contrary, democratic relations did not happen. To achieve the aforementioned objectives, the methodological procedure of qualitative research was chosen and with regard to the procedure, data survey will be carried out through document analysis and bibliographic studies.

Abstract
The main objective of the article is to understand the relationship of the Municipal Master Plan (Law nº 380/2017) on the free fair of Capim Grosso – BA. The methodology adopted in the development of this case study, starts from the documental study/relevant legislation, conceptual theoretical bibliographic research and field research with direct observations, photographic records and use of the PAR technique - Rapid Assessment Protocol for analysis of the results. The open market in the northeastern municipality of Capim Grosso-Bahia, considered one of the largest among the cities of the Jacuípe Basin Identity Territory, is of great importance not only at the local, but regional level, attracting people from several surrounding municipalities. Regarding the issue of the free market in the occupation of the urban area, they are unknown until then. In this sense, it is understood that many Master Plans do not address this issue. From the discussions and analysis of the legislation on the Municipal Master Plan and investigation of the local reality through the field study, it appears that this Law is extremely important to promote the development of cities, making them more inclusive, safe, resilient, attractive and economically sustainable. Therefore, an effective and participatory territorial planning is necessary.

Abstract
The article has as objective to verify how nursing proceed to care for children’s breastfeeding who have cranial facial disorder. It’s a case of integrative revision, which resulted in 53 complete articles, titles and abstracts were analyzed and thereby not including 44 articles, remaining for analysis 9 articles. The results found were incipient, which we regard worrisome in face of such imposing subject. Though, we can see that little studies corroborate well with authors in the same line of reasoning. Nurses have a lack of preparation to transmit information about breastfeeding and necessary care. Before this perspective, we had this as a thematic axe to discuss in this work: Nursing in the process of breastfeeding care from children who have cranial facial disorder. We conclude that the objective in verifying how the nursing proceeds on the caring with breast feeding of children with bad face cranial formations, was successful reached the goal that was proposed, since that the nursing was not prepared for this care.
