Prism Johnson Ltd- Cement Division has always believed in hiring students from Campus and providing these students career growth opportunities in our organization to build a strong leadership pipeline/ marketing workforce. We are also planning a business expansion of 8 millions and 13 million in the next 4 to 5 years and EETs , EMTs will be a strong backbone for our organization. We are going to conduct the Campus Placement of Management Trainees i.e., B Tech Civil as EET( Executive Engineer Trainee) for the role of Territory Technical Engineer & MBA Marketing as EMT ( Executive Management Trainees) for the role of Territory Sales Executive from 25th Aug22 onward. Academic criteria (MBA - 12th = 60%, Graduation = 60% & Post graduation =60%) (B Tech Civil - 10th =60%, 12th or Dip Civil = 60% & Graduation =60%).
Selection of the students will be through Campus process i.e "Pre-Placement Talk, Online assessment Test , Group Discussions & Personal Interview". Online tests , Group discussions and Personal interviews are the elimination rounds. Selected candidates will be handed over LOI - Letter of Intent on the day of their Personal Interview. Selected EETs & EMTs will be placed in M.P, Bihar & U.P at the District headquarters as TTE (Territory Technical Executive) & TSE ( Territory Sales Executive for the Prism Johnson Limited - Cement Division. Job Descriptions are attached herewith for your ready reference, these positions are for the sales and marketing.
Process of Pre-placement Talk, Assessment Test , Group Discussions and Personal Interview is as given below. Date of joining on roll and remuneration is also mentioned.
1. Pre-Placement Talk for 2 hours - Mutually agreed dates Day 1 at the Institute Campus. students need to register through their TPOs as per the data required in the attached Student Tracker.
Students have to attend the pre-placement talk 100% for the time slot provided to them. Students will be briefed on " Economic Scenario, Company Profile, EET program, Job Description and remuneration as well Q&A session to address their queries
2. One hour Online Assessment Test/ Exam at the respective Institutes - Students will receive the link on their registered mail id once they have attended the Pre-Placement talk
Only registered candidates will be allowed to attend the One Hour Online Test / Exam (Proctored exams with Video and Audio recordings)
3. Group Discussions 10 to 15 min - Students who have attended Pre-Placement Talk and shortlisted in an assessment test are eligible for the group discussions on the same day.
4. Personal Interview 20 - 30 min per candidate = On the same day the respective campus for the candidates who are shortlisted in the Group discussion.
Details about the remuneration & other benefits
1) MBA Marketing- Rs 5.25 LPA during training & Rs 5.75 LPA after confirmation. After completion of 6 months of successful training the EMTs - Executive Management Trainee will be confirmed as Asst Manager -Sales for the role of TSE -Territory Sales Executive. (For EMTs & TSEs there are opportunities in other functions like Branding, Business Strategy, Business Excellence, Key Account Management - Non Trade, Network Expansion Project, etc).
2) B Tech Civil- Rs 4.50 LPA during training & Rs 5.00 LPA after confirmation. After completion of 6 months of successful training the EETs-Executive Engineer Trainee will be confirmed as Sr. Executive Marketing Technical Services for the role of TTE - Territory Technical Engineer in Marketing Services. (Interested B Tech Civil can also be given opportunities after internal assessment in Business Strategy, Business Excellence, Key Account Management - Non Trade, Trade Sales).
3) Other Benefits (BYOS) = Management Trainees can buy a Laptop, Android Mobile Phone, Two Wheeler for official use and reimbursement for the same will be made on a monthly installment basis for the duration of 36 months. Details regarding the scheme will be shared during the pre-placement talk.
4) Medical & Insurance Benefits - Medical Insurance in case of Hospitalization for the Employee (self) & his dependents, Accident Insurance for self and Life Insurance for self.
5) We request that the trainees will ensure Vaccination 1st & 2nd & booster Dose before their joining
6) Joining on roll / onboarding - Passing out batch 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 from 1st Jan 23 Passing out batch 2022-23 from Jun 23 till Nov 23.
