Salary & Benefits Package

• 18000 Per month / Training for a period of 1 year in Pithampur Plant and after successful completion and evaluation of training they will be designated as Jr. Engineer with the package of 3.30 LPA and six month probation Period after successful completion of six month probation they will have 3.50 LPA

Job Details

• To create a cadre of young talent who can be groomed for future managerial talent as per the culture & requirement of LIPL.

• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 65% marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation

• Training for a period of 1 year in Pithampur Plant and after successful completion and evaluation of training they will be designated as Jr. Engineer

• Department - Vendor Development / Manufacturing Engineering / Research & Development / Production / Supply chain

• Transport to the plant, Uniform, Breakfast & Lunch free.

• Good communication skills: Both in English & Hindi, (Soft spoken)

• Basic computer skills: MS-Office, Web browsing, etc.

Percentage Requirement

Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation with no active backlogs
