About Retail Lending: The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank About the Role: The Portfolio team member is responsible for maintaining the portfolio mix and ensuring that the delinquency levels are within controls. They are responsible for managing the region and working closely with sales managers for that region Key Responsibilities:  Coordinate and drive renewals with 20% Enhancement in the Limits  Implement the plan to drive EEG Business through RMs (NTB sourcing from RMs) and limit Based Products through RMs  Ensure to regularize the accounts wherein there are “No Credits”, “Interest not Serviced” and “Accounts overdrawn” and review General Insurance pendency so as to have an optimal secured portfolio  Ensure to have timely renewals of Limit expired cases so as have Irregularities to minimum level  Coordinate for Stock Statement updating in the system and review Delinquency Management- BL and WC (30+/90+ etc.)  Liaise and ensure implementation of technology requirements and changes required in Portfolio Management/automation of reports/feedback etc.  Ensure training, development and management of Remote RM/Call center channel for Customer on boarding, Cross Selling and Irregularity Management, Infrastructure and Manpower Management.
