Identify, meet the potential leads who want to be an entrepreneur and explain to them about the business opportunities and convince them to start the Financial Products Distribution business and become a Financial Products Distributor / Partner.
Providing financial products training to Distributors for Business Development.
Plan activities and strategies for business development for distributors.
Educate the partners about product portfolio, services offers and also evaluate them on sales performance, recommend improvements.
Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
1) Products: Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loan Against Security (LAS), Bonds etc.
2) Business targets: Recruitment of Financial Products Distributor, Product sales etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in Finance or Marketing.
Soft Skills:
Good communication (Both - Written & Spoken, Languages English, Hindi + Local)
Aggressive, hard-working, motivated and self-driven
Good at relationship-building, customer driven
Ethical, Creative and Analytical
Academic Skills:
Knowledge of financial services markets & products
Knowledge of computers
Intent:
Serious in making a career in Financial services / Mutual Fund industry
CTC Offered: We will offer an annual Cost to Company (CTC) worth Rs. 5,14,000/- P.A. ( Fix CTC of Rs. 3,08,400/- P.A. + Variable CTC up to Rs. 2,05,600/- P.A. subject to performance) including all the perks and other benefits. And the other perks and reimbursement attached to your employment are:
Rs 10,00,000/- Sum Assured Life Insurance
Rs 5,00,000/- Sum Assured Personal Accident
Rs 1,00,000/- Sum Assured Mediclaim Policy (If ESI not applicable)

Below are few important points regarding the test and please inform each student to read before appearing;
It has in-total 04 modules; Logic, Calculations, English, Product Knowledge - Mutual Fund.
Each module has a different weightage. Logic (30%), Calculation (30%), English (15%), Mutual Fund (25%)
Each module is time bound and needs to complete it within the given time frame else it'll be considered as a lapse.
Minimum passing criteria is 50%. Negative marking is also included.
The Shared link will be expired within 12 hours hence kindly inform all students to appear for the test accordingly.
Try not to appear from their mobile phones instead use Laptop /Desktop, preferably.
