We invite students of your institute to apply for the management trainee role at Mahindra Finance. Location would be anywhere in the state of the institute. The details about the role like JD, CTC, process etc. are mentioned in the deck attached.

- Students interested in the role need to fill out this form by Friday, 27th Jan 2023's EOD: Form to apply for Mahindra Finance
- We will route all communication through the placement team & share the list of students who applied from your institute by Saturday's or Monday's afternoon.
- Post receiving applications, we will be screening the students based on the filters provided by the company & assign the YUGMA Assessment test to the students who cleared the filters. This will be a virtual assessment test on IQ, EQ, MQ(Management Quotient) & communication skills. The exact details & instructions would be shared with students in an automated email.
