YUGMA is conducting the campus recruitment process all around India for the Management Trainee role of Mahindra Finance.
We invite students of your institute to apply for the management trainee role at Mahindra Finance. Location would be anywhere in the state of the institute. The details about the role like JD, CTC, process etc. are mentioned in the deck attached.
The process for this is as follows:
We will route all communication through the placement team & share the list of students who applied from your institute by Saturday's or Monday's afternoon.
Post receiving applications, we will be screening the students based on the filters provided by the company & assign the YUGMA Assessment test to the students who cleared the filters. This will be a virtual assessment test on IQ, EQ, MQ(Management Quotient) & communication skills. The exact details & instructions would be shared with students in an automated email.
By filling out the google form above, the institute takes responsibility for ensuring that all data shared by the placement team & the students during the selection process is true & authentic. In case of any discrepancies, YUGMA & Mahindra Finance holds the right to cancel the candidature of any of the institute's students.
There are no monetary charges that the institute or the students need to pay for this campus recruitment process.
There won't be any extension in application deadline as the process needs to start asap.
