Total CTC would range between 4.2-4.5 LPA (inclusive of non-cash benefits).

Axis Phone Banking Officer (Mumbai ) *Has shifts as mentioned in JD
Trade Finance Center Data Entry Team (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad)
Wholesale Banking Officer (Mumbai)
Trade CSO (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Pune)
Credit Admin Manager (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Pune)
CAD (Mumbai, Hyderabad)
SBB Portfolio RM (Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Ambala, Punjab)
Relationship Manager- Affluent cards (Mumbai & Bangalore)
Location shall be PAN India. (Students can select city from the dropdown in the excel attached. However, it is not guaranteed that they shall be posted in their desired locations.) The grade offered is Assistant Manager.
In case, any students had applied earlier for other roles and were not interviewed post assessments and if they wish to apply to these new roles, kindly highlight their names in the excel attached.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants meeting following eligibility criteria would be considered for the process:
Minimum of 50% marks in 10th grade
Minimum of 50% marks in 12th grade or equivalent
Minimum of 50% marks in Graduation or equivalent
MBA/PGDM in one of the following specializations (Major Specialization if applicable) -
General Management
Marketing
Finance
Operations
Human Resources
Candidate should be an Indian Citizen
Candidate should be willing to serve at any of the locations of the bank across India.
Candidate must be interested in Sales role
