Techment is a services and product based organization. It is operating from four locations - Bhilai, Indore, Bangalore and US. Its major client base of the organization is US. It is a seven year young organization. The Company is an initiative of alumni from IIT Mumbai, and is Headed by IT vetrons and is a professional organization . Techment is a team of 150 people today (2021 end) and its plans 5 times growth in the coming three years. The organization is currently in a very strong growth phase, thus everyone joining the organization at this stage is going to have loads of opportunities in terms of learning, growth and excellence. The vision of the organization is to establish a strong IT ecosystem in the Tier two cities, thus enabling people from tier two cities to have the world class career opportunities at their homeland, thus have a very satisfying professional and personal life. The core principles at the organization is Winning, Standing strong on the commitments made and Integrity. The core members of the organization strongly believe that work should always be a joyful experience, thus the focus of the organization is maintaining a very healthy work culture. Apart from professional growth the organization also has a strong focus on associate’s growth as an individual too. There are tangible measures taken to bring in intangible changes in the associates. The activities carried under Project Happiness are driven towards enabling associates to become a better version of themselves. Techment is purely a capability driven organization. We are mainly into web and mobile based application development and are expanding our work in Data Sciences and Snowflakes.
