KOHLER® was founded in 1873 and is headquartered in Kohler, Wisconsin, USA. Kohler Co. is one of America’s oldest and largest privately held companies. Kohler Kitchen and Bath Group has multiple manufacturing locations worldwide and is a global leader in the manufacture of kitchen and bath products; engines and power systems; decorative, and owner/operator of two of the world’s finest five-star hospitality and golf resort destinations in Kohler, St Andrews, and Scotland. KOHLER INDIA

Kohler has been present in India since last 14+ years, known for its Kitchen & bath products along with powerful generators & engines, with manufacturing plants at Jhagadia, Gujarat; and Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Kohler India also has two services business based at Pune - ITC (India Technical Center) and GSS (Global Shared Services).

1. Kitchen & Bath India - A wholly owned subsidiary of Kohler Co. USA - started in 2005 with its Headquarters in Gurgaon. It is geared to become a prominent player in South Asia, with massive manufacturing units for their Vitreous & Faucets products, located in Jhagadia, Gujarat. As a recognized global brand, Kohler leads the way in design, craftsmanship and innovation. Kohler's product offering spans across all price points, offering consumers a wide variety of options in kitchen and bath fixtures, faucets, and more.

2. Kohler Power India –A global force in power solutions since 1920, KOHLER manufactures complete power systems, including engines, generators, and clean energy solutions. We started our operations in India in 1997 with its HQ in Pune and regional offices at Delhi, Kolkata and Bangalore. Our Manufacturing Facility is based at Aurangabad

3. India Technical Center (ITC)- Established in 2009,India Technical Center (ITC) supports all Kohler Businesses in their Engineering design and development activities. From concept to production, every step of the project execution can be managed from this center. It includes dedicated teams for every Kohler business to ensure continuity of skills and resources within the business. The teams at the center operate as an extension of the businesses with seamless integration into every business system and process. ITC acts as a one-stop shop for any and every Kohler business support needs.

4. Global Shared Services (GSS)- With what started as the vision and strategic initiative of the Kohler leadership team in 2021, GSS today, is the business process engine that delivers end-to-end service solutions and operational excellence to enable Kohler Co’s competitiveness. GSS provides transactional services to business units to strengthen service levels, improve process standardization and increase efficiency. GSS operates through a Global hub in India and regional centers in EMEA, America and Asia Pacific. The GSS leadership team’s focus is on people, strategy, financials and operational delivery.
