The Foundation of Everything!
What Do We Do?
Drill:
Members of the Unarmed Regulation Drill Team learn, practice, and perform, real US military marching drill. As a byproduct, cadets learn coordination, unity, and teamwork, as they perfect their form and movement. As said by our Master Sergeant Juan M. Avalos: "Drill is a thinking man's game."
Competition:
Cadets are offered the opportunity to show off their drill skills in 'Field Meets': gatherings of multiple school NJROTC programs, as their performance is judged and graded by active military members. Cadets who choose to enter the military following high school will have networking opportunities, alongside the student comradery gained through competition.
Practices:Â
Practices include going over the drill card and improving our coordination as a team through every movement. Practices are every Monday: 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm and Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm
