What Do We Do?
Competitions
Competitions for the Raider PT team include for members to be strong in a mix of all physical areas such as endurance, speed, and overall strength. Doing all these physical activities as a group, building up comradery and coordination between team members.
Practices:
Practices consist of both strength and Aerobic training, both in the weight room or on the track field. Improving on Deadlifts, Bench Presses, Pull-ups, and Cardio. Occasionally we use some practices as a bonding time for cadets playing a sport such as Ultimate Frisbee or Tug-o-War. Practices are every Wednesday and Friday from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm.
