The dinner food list will provide food and beverage for about 180-200 men.
Preparing for Mass – Dave G. will assist in making sure sacristan duties are covered and Eucharistic Ministers are identified. The host table should identify a Lector for Mass (if not, please let Tom know).
Host Table should arrive by 5:45pm, make sure serving tables are set up, tables for 180-200 men are set up, and put out snacks on the tables. Please put out table boxes on tables (as you would in morning).
