Here is the hosting schedule for your tables. Please note:
not every hosting event is on a Wednesday morning for Men's Prayer Breakfast
some events are for Men's Mass or Men's Conference.
Sunday Coffee and Donuts sign-ups are also shown here if you've signed up as a table through MPB
Rotating Shelter and other events are also shown here if your table has signed up through MPB.

General Instructions
We currently host about 110 to 130 men per week. The quantities could be altered over time. On average, we find that a host table will need about $20 to $25 from each man to cover the cost of the food. Given the number of tables, each table will serve as host table about two times a year. A few tables will serve a third time in a given year.
Regarding food items, we encourage you to be creative. Meaning if you (and your tablemates) would like to prepare hot food, please know you are welcome to do so and you can certainly use the OLGC kitchen to prepare food. The request we have is that you have sufficient quantity, and offer an attractive presentation, as if you are welcoming people into your home.
If you wish to place your food in the kitchen the day before (your choice) just mark it so it is not mistakenly used by others. Day before delivery can help things run smoothly on the day of the event.
We are authorized to use paper products, coffee and condiments that are kept in the OLGC storage room behind the kitchen. The coffee can be brewed in about 10 minutes per carafe. The instructions for making coffee are posted near the machine, please make sure the carafe is EMPTY before you start brewing (we have seen a few overflows).
