Having problems receiving emails? Did your emails stop?

I'm No Longer Getting Email

First, check your junk and deleted email folders.  If the emails are there, you are receiving them, but your email program may be forwarding them to your junk or deleted email folders.  Each email program is different, but there should be an easy way to tell the email program that these emails are not junk to avoid them from being forwarded to the junk or deleted email folders in the future.  Simply search on the web for how to do this for your email program.

If you are not seeing emails in your junk or deleted folders, let your table leader know so he can forward you emails until the problem is resolved.

Next, check your profile on Flocknote.com.  You may have inadvertently unsubscribed to communications from Men's Prayer Breakfast group.  Sign into Flocknote at https://olgc.flocknote.com/login.  Use the email you have previously provided to Men's Prayer Breakfast. When you enter your email address, Flocknote will send you a code to that email which you must enter on the next screen.

Once signed in, click on the person icon under the "SuperSearch" text box.  This will take you to your profile.

Once at the profile pop out, confirm your name, email address, and phone number. There should be a green check mark next to your email address and phone number.  You can change any of the items in your profile simply by clicking on them and making changes.

Next, confirm that you are signed up for the group "Men's Prayer Breakfast" and that the email icon to the right is blue.  If you additionally want to receive urgent text messages (i.e. last minute cancellation of MPB) make sure the phone icon is also blue.  Again, you can change any of these preferences yourself, simply by clicking on them.

If no changes are required to the above, the final step is to contact Flocknote directly for assistance.  Send an email to help@flocknote.com.  Let them know you are part of OLGC Parish's Men's Prayer Breakfast group and are not receiving emails.
