Leg 3: 21.8k  (Road) 175M of elevation gain

This is the longest leg of the relay.  After leaving Alberton, you will take a left turn and then head towards Cascumpec.  You'll have shore views along your left and cross several bridges as you get to Roxbury and climb up to Portage.  There are about 2 kms of highway road to finish the leg.  There are nice shoulders on the highway, but cars will be speeding.  That is why you cannot have support along the highway section. It is not safe to cross when cars are zooming at 110km/h plus.
