Welcome to BendMaster Pro ("the Application"), developed by Md. Rahul Reza ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us").
BendMaster Pro is an offline-first professional electrical and conduit bending calculator designed for electricians, apprentices, technicians, contractors, and electrical engineers.
Your privacy is our utmost priority. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection, device permissions, and user privacy when you use our mobile application.
No Personal Data Collected: BendMaster Pro does not collect, track, transmit, sell, or share any personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or device identifiers).
No Account Required: You do not need to register, create an account, or log in to use any feature of the application.
100% Offline Operation: The application is built to function completely offline without requiring an internet connection.
No Ads or Tracking: We do not display third-party advertisements, and we do not use tracking cookies, analytics SDKs, or behavioral trackers.
All data generated while using BendMaster Pro remains exclusively on your local device:
Calculation History: Conduit bending and electrical calculations you explicitly choose to save.
Saved Projects: Custom job-site project folders created by you.
Custom Bender Profiles: Custom shoe dimensions, take-up calibrations, and gain measurements entered by you.
User Preferences: Unit system (US Imperial / Metric), decimal rounding, and theme preferences (Dark / Light).
This data is stored locally in your device's internal application sandbox using SQLite. It is never uploaded to any remote server or accessed by anyone else. You can delete this data at any time inside the app via Settings > Clear All History, or by uninstalling the application.
BendMaster Pro requests only the minimal permissions necessary for its intended features:
Vibrate (android.permission.VIBRATE): Used to provide optional tactile haptic feedback when tapping buttons and calculating values. You can disable this feature anytime in the app settings.
Storage Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE on Android 12 and below): Used only when you explicitly tap to export and save a PDF calculation report to your device's files.
BendMaster Pro does NOT access:
Your location (GPS or network)
Camera, microphone, or photos
Contacts, call logs, or phone state
Unique device advertising IDs (AAID/IDFA)
The application does not include any third-party frameworks that harvest or monetize user data. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, AdMob, or any crash logging services that send device data over the network.
BendMaster Pro is a trade engineering calculation utility and does not target or collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Because no personal information is collected from any user, we are in full compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We take data security seriously. All your saved calculations and settings are stored locally within the protected sandbox environment of your device's operating system, safeguarding them against unauthorized access from other applications.
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect future application updates or legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
