This statement on the Essential Practice of Research Management and Administration, was produced endorsed by INORMS member associations in 2021.  It states that the principles and responsibilities of RMAs are to be: Collegiate, Inclusive, Professional, Innovative, and Accountable.  The full statement is available here.

The Botswana Statement on Global Challenges, Research, Innovation and Impact: A Research Management Perspective is a call for the recognition of, and a career framework for, professional research managers and administrators; it was endored by the INORMS Council in 2024.
