With this tool you can compare yourself with aglobal cohort of research administrators.  At the end of the survey you will see your results plotted against the normal distribution from those 1,095 responses.  The questions will be about the technical competencies, behavioral aspects, and structural aspects you feel you possess or are important to your role.  There are no right or wrong answers so please be as candid as possible.
