I believe all children are good, unique, and capable of learning, given the right environment for them. As an educator, I aim to design a creative environment that utilizes multiple methods of teaching and collaborating, so all children can grow physically, socially, emotionally, and mentally. I believe in a safe, open dialogue that encourages students to bring out their full potential. My goal is to create a classroom setup that places high expectations on each student and shows respect for the individual student and their ideas.
