3. Introduction to Quantum Computing

 This tutorial topic introduce IBM Quantum Experience.  The content of this tutorial topic is edited from a 2015 IBM site with my own answers of its experiments.  (To do experiments of this tutorial, you have to register at IBM quantum experience site and use her quantum simulator and quantum computer.)  The original content on IBM site may change somewhat, so my edited result could be a bit outdated.  However, overall, it is still a pretty good introduction  material.  Although IBM owns the most popular quantum computer software in open source QISKIT, you don't need to know Python or QISKIT to do exercises of this tutorial.
