AI/QI Industry Clusters

QI1.0 and QI2.0: 

The  tutorials of this site introduces what "quantum intelligence (QI)" and "quantum machine learning (QML)" are.

If someone calls past AI as "AI1.0 (weak AI)", and today’s generative AI as "AI2.0 (strong AI)", then quantum machine learning is "QI1.0", or "AI3.0", and quantum intelligence can also be called "QI2.0", or "AI4.0".

In terms of technological trends, if generative AI or AI2.0 can continue its momentum for another 10 years, then quantum computers (the hardware) may become the next wave of technology.  At that time, there will be QI1.0 (AI3.0) first and after that, there will be QI2.0 (AI4.0).

The Story of Fraternity Tech & Art Gallery

To this end, Quantum Intelligence Association (QIA) wrote a proposal to local governments in Taiwan (taking New Taipei City as an example) to develop and promote a "smart industry chain for thousands of households." This proposal contains

(1) My father’s “family-style” entrepreneurial spirit which have influenced me since I was a child.

(2) The definition of artificial intelligence and quantum intelligence and the philosophy of problem solving.

(3) Current prosperity of generative artificial intelligence and some introduction to it,

(4) AI/QI industry clusters (called "Intelligence Industry Chain") to be built.

All four parts can be found on the website in traditional Chinese, "The Story of Fraternity Tech & Art Gallery" in Chinese (https://sites.google.com/view/fraternitytechartgallery).

However, we will only introduce the details of (4), building a Intelligence Industry Chain here. Moreover, we believe that the final quantum intelligence industry chain will establish Taiwan’s “next national guardian mountain” after TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation), the first guardian mountain.
