Viewport: View

Safe frames are areas that will be rendered and viewed on external devices.

Screen segments that lie outside Render safe area can be assigned a color and opacity.

By default a small axis system is displayed in the bottom left of view. It is useful for indicating the position of current camera. Position defines where the system is displayed, Scale defines its size and Text determines whether labels are displayed.
