Virtual Calming Space
Life can be overwhelming. So much so, that our brains are often filled with anxious thoughts and worry. It can be really difficult to find calm spaces where we live and even inside our own minds. This space was created to help you learn ways to practice managing your emotions and feelings on your own. You can read through the different ways to learn how to reach calm and you can follow the links to videos that may also help.
It is also important to note, you may practice these skills on your own but you are NOT alone. These interventions are ways that we can regulate our own emotions but sometimes we need help and that is absolutely okay. If you feel like you need some more help there are options. You can call Teen Lifeline, find a safe person, and you can also send a referral to the Student Support Team and someone will reach out to you.
