Having a safe person to talk to and work through hard things on a regular basis could be a really good idea. Counseling is a form of taking care of your mind, body and soul.

This year, PXU was able to make some really cool advancements with 3 local agencies to help students with their needs outside of the classroom. Southwest Behavioral Health, Valle Del Sol and Teen Lifeline are 3 amazing resources that offer many services and supports for students and families.
