Eyes of Fate

The Techno-Oculus is linked to Koga's innate kinetic, Technokinesis. Techno-Oculus has been explained in Chapter 40 as the following: "Koga can fully perceive the full body comparable to a state of the art x-ray machine. Additionally, it allows Koga to gain information on a given target instantaneously as long as a database with the target registered and or if Koga already knows the target. The eye is effectively an AI that can also calculate coordinates like a GPS along with predicting the next attack and the specific coordinates to avoid it without wasting kinetic energy but, kinetic energy gets drained relatively quickly if left exposed for an extended period of time."

Koga awakened Techno-Oculus on September 17, 2014 during the District Games as he nearly lost his life against The Earth Phantom. 

Following Koga's awakening, He takes on The Earth Phantom fairly evenly with an 11% power Earth Phantom.
