The Electro Princess Arc is the second story arc of MythicalDX's Purify.
Chapter 13 - Chapter 21
The students proceed to spar one another outside with Koga and Brandon sparring before being distracted by commented said by Kyla and Runa. Runa confesses her feelings to Koga and they start a relationship before Princess Aya arrives to give Hydama important information along with his ID. Princess Aya & Kyla would eventually argue and Kyla would go to attack her after being provoked by the former. Aya knocks her out and grants her the death penalty.
Upon arriving to the palace, Aya arrives almost instantly, causing him to be in shock. Aya, annoyed, lets Hydama in after an awkward conversation. Nigel wakes up and Koga informs him of his impending execution for merging with Nycto. Nigel gets executed while in the palace, Aya is interrupted from her daydream due to Hydama. Annoyed, she punches him and continues on to the throne room where, her fater, Electro Deus: Althan was sitting. Due to Hydama not being next to her, Aya calls for the Imperial Guards to get him. They oblige and throw him into the room and before Hydama could mouth off, he feels the kinetic energy of Althan. He apologizes profusely before Althan tells him that he'll give him anything in exchange for him marrying Aya. Hydama rejects this and instead Althan changes the condition to landing a hit on him. Hydama accepts and a fight between the two begins.
When Aya said "Begin" the battle between Althan and Hydama begun. Hydama starts off by attempting to confuse Althan with afterimages; however, that fails. Hydama switches up the stratagy and trys to hit him head on but that also fails and instead, he gets poked. The poke was enough to send him flying and Althan ran and kicked him through the door. He continues the assult by punching him when he gets up and finishing it with an uppercut. Hydama charges up an attack that gets turned into crows before Althan fires them off as explosives. Hydama swiftly protects himself with a barrier as the Eyes of Fate begin to fade.
During the fight, in the Auditorium of Leidan Exorcist High School, a conversation about the potential of a war with Insula Hidro is discussed due to the kidnapping of Kyla. They conclude the conversation with the mention of Machmino Bolt's death and how The Guardian are the ones behind it. The point of view switches back to Althan vs Hydama with the latter finding the room Kyla was held in. Hydama frees Kyla and they come up with an unknown plan. The fight between Hydama and Althan would continue as Kyla goes to challenge Princess Aya.
Kyla starts by rushing in on Aya while the latter starts off in a defensive position but they'd end up punching each other square in the face. After the clash, Kyla would jump back as Aya thinks to herself about how she was able to be hit. She brushes it off and continues by sending electrokinesis through the floor forcing the ut to rise up. Kyla jumps up in the air and punches the once floor and takes her jacket off to catch one of them and throws it down to Aya. She looks at it and blocks it but Kyla shows off her quick thinking by using aquakinesis to catch onto another piece of the once floor and slam Aya directly with it. This causes an Imperial Guard to quickly rush her with electrokinesis and Kyla attempts to defend herself with it. That attempt ultimately fails and Kyla is hit multiple times by Aya and knocked to the floor. Like Hydama in the previous chapter, Kyla rips a door off of Aya's room and throws it to her. Aya, rightly annoyed, tells Kyla to get out of her room and she realizes she's in her closet. She opens the closet to reveal something else instead of Kyla. Her innate kinetic was revealed and a doll stands tall in her closet. The doll forms into Kyla, slaming Aya into the ground. Aya, thinking she had a one-up on her, cuts half of Kyla's side off. She'd form into water before the doll started to reshape itself and shoot off a beam of aquakinesis to a pressure point in the back of Aya' neck. Aya proceeds to pass out in similar fashion to Kyla earlier in the arc and Kyla goes off to assist Hydama against Althan.
The battle between Hydama and Althan continues on with Hydama breaking his universal agreement with himself, causing him to start going blind for 6 days, 23 hours, and 53 minutes. Althan easily avoids Hydama's attempts to hit him and sends him flying once more; but, a flood of water comes in and the doll Kyla is in control of reshapes itself there. Althan, impressed, forces the doll the turn back into water while Hydama charges at him. Althan stands there and lets Hydama land his punch on him causing Althan to now hold up his end of the agreement.
Althan begins narrating what The Jester did with Kuro after he left. He explains to Hydama that Kuro was trained to be an Imperial Guard and was assigned to guard Princess Aya for most of his service. He says afterwards that he sent him off on a mission a year ago and he's never return since. Hydama, suspicious of Althan's version of events, asks him if he's embellishing portions of the story. Althan responds that he doesn't owe anything else because the universal agreement has been fulfilled and tells him to leave. The arc ends with the seed planted for the next arc: District Games.
