Kinetic Energy is the energy every living lifeform has and is used by Exorcist and Phantoms to fuel their kinetic abilities.
Kinetic Energy is an energy source every living being has; regardless if you can manipulate it or not. Kinetic Energy limits the user's strength and everything that relies on it. Kinetic Energy can be referred to as 'Manipulation Energy."
Kinetic Energy is the main energy source for any exorcist or phantom. An inanimate object and be infused with kinetic energy temporarily or permanently depending on circumstances. Kinetic Energy is needed to activate inherited and innate kinetics.
Kinetic Energy originates from the heart, pumping blood and kinetic energy throughout and leaving out the crevices of the body. When kinetic energy escapes the body, people who can manipulate kinetic energy will have it orbit them and people who can not will have it leak out randomly. Excess kinetic energy is stored in the gut and what allows for Overcharge and Burst Mode to occur. A strong hit to the gut can force overcharge to activate but more experienced manipulators can suppress the activation.
Kinetic energy has three different types that have advantages and disadvantages against each other that being: Destructive, Creative and Manipulative. All of these types are exposed when overcharge is in effect.
Destructive are generally the hardest to master due to the nature of the type + strength and destructive potential is massively boosted. Destructive energy types have a sharp aura.
Creative types pick up and master kinetic creation and barriers much easier than the other two types + can enhance said creations or spaces much more efficiently and push it much further than the other two. Creative energy types have soft aura curves.
Manipulative types pick up on the general manipulation of kinetic energy quicker than others and is the general easiest to master. Manipulative types has a ridged aura curve.
Having the advantage doesn't guarantee the win and the advantages are as follows:

Kinetic Status can be seen as the natural learning stepping stone to kinetic energy. Kinetic Status allows the user to roughly predict and limit their own percentage of kinetic energy and advanced users can predict the kinetic energy of others, sense out others, and even force their own kinetic energy onto someone or something else.

Kinetikinesis, known as Kinetic Energy Manipulation, is a kinetic every person who can manipulate kinetic energy can use. Any attack that isn't classed under the seven inherited kinetics or isn't apart of an innate kinetic is automatically classed as kinetikinesis. Kinetikinesis can be anything as basic as an energy beam or talisman to anything as advanced as burst mode.

Overcharge is the first kinetic release and draws from the user's excess kinetic energy to enhance thier attributes.

Burst Mode is the second kinetic release and is the peak kinetic energy manipulation and kinetics in general as well as it being the evolved form of Overcharge. It takes the maximum potential of the user and applies it directly to the user giving them an exponential power boost in every stat; however, being able to use this technique has been deemed nearly impossible. Every Mythical Tier character has one or gains one.
As stated in a Volume 1 extra, techniques derived from kinetic energy can have special secret techniques attached to them known as "Divine Arts." These techniques are usually powerful and or difficult techniques to preform, giving them the divine name. The earliest example is shown in chapter 3 when Dr. Goppo uses a technique known as Divine Art: Creation of Cognition which created a separate space for Hydama and Kyla's clash.
