General

The Bolt Bloodline is one of the Big Three Bloodlines of Leidan. Machmino Bolt was the head of the bloodline until his untimely passing due to The Jester. Machmino left behind two sons, Kuro and Hydama Bolt who will be left to be the head of the bloodline.

2004

10 years before the beginning of the main series in 2004, both Hydama and Kuro would be in Leidan's Training Forest to skip stones in the pond until the water started rising into the dragon. Curious, Hydama follows where it goes and ends up meeting Kyla Conway - a girl who just moved from Insula Hidro. He'd defend her from bullies and invite her to join him and Kuro throwing stones. Eventually, they'd have to leave and upon arriving home Machmino would tell them to go to Charles' estate. Both didn't listen and ended up witnessing thier father's death. Hydama would reawaken the Eyes of Fate and Kuro would end up getting kidnapped by The Jester instead of Hydama, leaving him to unofficially become the head of the bloodline.

Training Forest Incident

During the Training Forest Incident, Hydama played a minor role in Nycto's defeat pre transformation; however, post transformation of Nycto, Hydama would play a critical role in Nycto's defeat. Hydama was fist used as a distraction for Koga to go in but that fails. Nycto fires off a giant beam of umbrakinesis and Hydama's Eyes of Fate activates and he proceeds to take on Nycto. Kyla was a distraction to annoy Nycto before Hydama ran through his attack and landed a critical punch imbued with electrokinesis. That opening was enough to split Nycto and Nigel apart, defeating him.

Electro Princess

Hydama: Hydama meets Princess Aya in the beginning of this arc getting handed his id and being specifically invited to the palace the next day. Hydama initially insist she's got the wrong person but Aya doesn't let him say anything provoking Kyla to interject. Aya, now taking interest in Kyla, continues to provoke her until she'd attack her. Upon doing that, Aya would knock her out and sentence her to death. Now having a purpose, Hydama heads to the palace the next day. Hydama eventually meets the Electro Deus: Althan and is told bluntly he'd give Hydama anything he wishes in exchange for him getting married to Aya. He rejects this, annoying Aya, and Althan instead changes the condition to landing a singular hit on him. Hydama accepts and a universal agreement is formed. Eventually, Hydama would win and is granted a singular wish.

Kuro: Kuro does not make a physical appearance in this arc but instead is shown in flashback via Hydama's wish to know his brother's whereabouts. Althan explains how The Jester went directly to Althan after kidnapping Kuro. He originally didn't care but later would train him personally and end up as his top Imperial Guard and mainly had him by Aya's side. Althan ends the story with Kuro being sent on mission a year prior and hasn't returned since. Hydama feels as if Althan is withholding information; however, he has no proof nor will Althan say anymore and kick him and Kyla out the palace.

Members of the Bolt  Bloodline do have to kinetic energy and the general manipulation of it known as kinetikinesis and are known for their quick mastery over the inherited kinetic electrokinesis. The Eyes of Fate was destined to be reawaken within the Bolt, Paleosage, or Gleave bloodline.
