The Chapter opens following Chapter 45 with The Jester saying "The District Games can begin." Princess Aya, ever so impatient, gets excited just for The Jester to turn her down. The Jester reveals he previously made a universal agreement with Electro Deus: Althan and said details are unknown. The point of view switches to the individual fights within the districts as The Jester's illusion heads appear next to everyone. The Jester offiicially reveals himself as "The Game Master" and reveals the rules of the games. The Chapter concludes with The Jester telling everyone that they'll have 3 days to prepare.
