The Chapter opens with the Raven Phantom flying as Hydama slams him down with electrokinesis. This causes the Raven Phantom to start thinking about the changes in Hydama post activation of Tranquil Fate: Blue and begins to dismantle the technique. RP asks Hydama if he's thinking about his actions which causes Hydama to be confused momentarily which RP clocked onto. Noticing it stunted him for a slight moment, it continues via asking if he figured out his innate kinetic. Upon confirmation, The Raven Phantom uses a Universal Agreement known as "All hands on deck" to boost his kinetic by 1.5x. They continue to fight and the point of view switches to the Combustion Phantom reawakening and Runa's arrival. The Chapter ends with Runa transforming into assumingly a Kitsune form.
