Group's Rules

This is THE OFFICAL TOS/TERMS OF SERVICE for our group and species, please read them and follow them!

We use a 3-strike system. Which means, if you violate our TOS more than 3 times, you'll be blacklisted. Depending on the severity of the offense, you may be automatically placed in the blacklist. If you don't understand some rules, feel free to ask an admin for clarification.

Everything you need to know

• PupPoppies are a CLOSED SPECIES. Species that require permission to design your own. 

  • You can design a PupPoppy via MYO slots by buying purchasing one, entering events or getting one via trades or gifts.

  • MYOs need an approval from admins before it will be official! Do not share a design publicly (on Toyhou.se, DeviantArt, CharacterHub, etc.) if it's Not approved!

• When you obtain a PupPoppy, it will have a 1 week cooldown before it can be sold/traded/gifted, including if it were sold/traded/gifted to you.

  • NEW: If you buy a Mystery adopt, there's no cooldown for the 1st owner. Once you trade it, the cooldown is 1 week to the new owner.

    • Mystery adopt= A design that is fully hidden from viewers (showing colors or silhouette is ok)

• Small edits are Ok without admin approval. Example: small color edits, accessories, hair color/style. Traits cannot be added or removed without paying PopCoins (group currency) and admin approval.

• Designs based on copyrighted designs from videos games, movies, etc. are heavily discouraged. If creating one, it must be heavily derivative from what it is based on and must be stated that it is based on a copyrighted design upon approval.

• If you buy an Offbrand PupPoppy design, you cannot make it as an official PupPoppy design.

  • An offbrand is considered a PupPoppy design created without permission, nor an MYO slot.

  • You will not be punished for purchasing an off-brand, even knowingly, you just cannot make it official.

• You can resell your PupPoppy with same value as you bought it or lower. Never higher! Unless it has Commissioned artwork. Includes PupPoppies obtained for free, via events, raffle, or gifting.

• Members may take custom PupPoppy commissions ONLY IF a the other user has a valid MYO slot.

• PupPoppies are REQUIRED to be on the masterlist before they can be traded, sold, etc.

• You can void a PupPoppy at our voiding center, please read the rules there for more important information.

• PupPoppies may be anthro, but must retain their traits!

  • Traits must stay in tact, and it cannot have human-like anatomy (human hands, feet, face, or other proportions)

• You can turn one offs into PupPoppies, or make a PupPoppy form for a design from another species!

• Designs that aren't your own require the original designer's permission to be turned into a PupPoppy WITH proof.

• When submitting art in Discord, please censor/spoil them as needed, this includes gore and eyestrain art. NSFW imagery of any kind is not allowed.

• Our group's currency can be earned only by group members! If you leave, you will not lose any PopCoins.

• There is no cap or limit to how many PupPoppies you may own, not now, and there never will be. As of Feb 7th, 2024 there will be no restrictions to how many pups one might own. Unless we notice you are harassing one for their designs, there will be no intervention in regards to what you own and obtain.

• NSFW artwork of PupPoppies is strictly prohibited within the species group(s) and server. Generally, it is requested that you do not create such content, but we cannot stop you.

• Blacklisted users are prohibited from participating in the group in any way. This includes creating MYO designs for other users within the group. If a blacklisted user still has PupPoppy adopts for sale, they are still considered official and may be purchased.

• If you violate our rules, you'll get first 2 warnings and 3rd one leads to banning and your name will be added in our Blacklist.

  • Blacklist= Public list of users who have been banned. It explains the reason for the ban and can sometimes mention if the ban is permanent or temporary. Only banned users will be added in this list. No one else.

Things that can get you onto our blacklist

• Violating the rules above.

• Creating Offbrand PupPoppies out of spite or malice, on purpose to sell them as non-closed species.

• Harassment or aggression towards our members or our staff.

• Submitting art/journals in our DeviantArt group, that are not PupPoppy related.

• Submitting any problematic content in our group (auto-ban) on Discord & DeviantArt.

• Scamming people, or if you are a known scammer. (auto-ban)

• Mini modding too often.

  • We appreciate you wanting to help our fellow members, but only admins may help members. This is to avoid confusion and misinformation spreading.

• Submitting adult content in our group.

  • We have minors in our group, so we do not allow any sexual-stuff in our DeviantArt or Discord groups.

  • Mild gore is allowed, but it must be censored with a proper warning.

  • Do not send links that include adult content.

• If you're a problematic person (auto-ban)

  • This includes but is not limited to: pedos, zoos, racists, sexists, etc. including "pro-ship/pro-fic" you are not welcome here.

  • If we hear from others or see you showing this type of behavior, you will get banned without warning.

• Tracing, NFT & AI-behavior

  • If we see you tracing, making NFT or AI-images of PupPoppies.

  • PupPoppies-group does NOT give any rights to use our species in any NFTs or AI images.

What happens when you get into our blacklist?

• You'll be banned from our group for forever, or for a short time (depending on about what you did).

• You're not allowed to buy any more PupPoppies.

• You'll lose all your PopCoins.

• Your PupPoppies will become voided. Which means that your PupPoppies won't be official anymore + you can't use them in official events, group activities, etc. anymore.

  • You're allowed to trade your Voided PupPoppies to anyone you want. The void on your PupPoppy will Stay, and can only be removed by a member of the group. Please visit the "voided PupPoppies" page for more information.

  • Blacklisted users also cannot design new official PupPoppies, even for other current members.

Important, please read!

• We heavily advise people to read these rules. If you have questions, please ask any of our admins for more info.

• We're strictly against bullying. If you're being bullied, please let our admins know about it as soon as possible! We want everyone to feel safe and welcomed in our group.

Just be nice and follow our rules, and we guarantee you will have a fun experience in our community!
