Candidate's Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate Programs
Practitioners or administrators with at least supervisory work experience or individuals with exceptional achievements
Those with two (2) years of relevant college work or its equivalent, 25 years of age
Those with at least five (5) years supervisory work experience relevant to the desired course

Graduate Programs
Practitioners or executives who have shown top-caliber abilities, broad experience or outstanding performance in their respective fields,
Those who earned a bachelor's degree in the master's course applied for or a degree in a related course, and
Managers or executives with at least five years of relevant work experience.

Requirements for Admission (Include also a photocopy of each document)
Letter of intent to avail of the program addressed to the University President (Dr. Manuel M. Muhi) through the Vice President for Academic Affairs (Dr. Emanuel C. De Guzman) and Office Director (Engr. Guillermo O. Bernabe)
Recommendation letters from three (3) notable persons in the area of specialization
Comprehensive curriculum vitae
Most recent academic record (Form 137 or original transcript of records)
Honorable dismissal and subject descriptions from the institution where applicant was last enrolled
Service record or certificate of employment
Appointment and duties, functions, and responsibilities (DFR) of each position held
Latest 2x2 picture (2 pcs) white background
Original birth certificate (NSO authenticated)
Original marriage certificate for female applicant (NSO authenticated)
Other documents, such as but not limited to: certificate of participation and/or attendance to seminars/trainings/conference/colloquium or forum attended, recognition or award/s received; relevant licensure and other professional exams passed; copy of research and/or articles published; certificate of membership; and the like
Admission Procedures
Submit the required documents to the Office of Non-Traditional Study Program and Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (INE) at the 4th Floor, NALLRC, PUP Main Campus, Anonas St., Sta. Mesa, Manila
Pay the required application and assessment fees
Report for interview to the INE Office.
Secure a copy of the assessment results.
Enroll the required academic subjects/courses
Graduation Requirements
Candidate must have earned 50% of the units required to complete the academic program by enrolling in formal courses.
He/She must have earned the other 50% through accreditation of equivalent experience and achievement; and
Candidate must have passed the oral defense of a thesis or special research project.

a. Application for or actual patent or copyright
b. Manuscript or publication of researches

Expert Service, Training and Active Participation in Professional Development Activity
a. Certificate or contract of consultancy and/or advisorship
b. Training certificate
c. Certification or plaque as coordinator, lecturer, resource person, guest speaker, etc.
d. Skills certification from TESDA
e. Other proofs of expertise
Conference, Seminar, Workshop, Colloquium or Forum Attended
a. Certificate of attendance or appearance (with detailed description / topics discussed)
