4 lbs ground turkey
2 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (29 ounce) can kidney beans (with liquid)
1 (29 ounce) can pinto beans (with liquid)
2 cups diced onion (2 medium onions)
1 diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced celery
4 teaspoons cumin powder
5 tablespoons chili powder
3 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups water
Brown the ground turkey in a skillet. Move to Dutch oven and add all ingredients. Simmer for about 2 hours over low heat stirring every 15 minutes.
