Garlic, chopped
Chicken breast, cubed – 4 lbs.
Salt and Pepper
3 stalks of Celery, chopped
Frozen Peas and Carrots – 2 bags
6 medium Potatoes, cubed and parboiled
1 medium Onion chopped
1 Can chicken stock
2 Cans cream of chicken soup
2 tubes of refrigerator biscuits
Sauté the garlic in oil. Add the chicken and spices, braising until almost cooked through. Add celery and onion and sauté. Add chicken stock and soup. Bake for 30 minutes. Add biscuits to top. Bake for 10-15 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
