Firenze - discovering the city and visit to "Galleria dell’Accademia” - Visit to the central market ("mercato di San Lorenzo" to discover regional and seasonal products. The municipality will provide us with packed lunches, anyway.
Typical street food in Florence “panino con lampredotto” (sandwich with tripes), trippa (tripe), ribollita (cabbage and bread soup). These are typical products meant to avoid food waste.
