Playing for Life — Games consists of a unit of work that is sequential and mainly game-based lessons that are suitable for all abilities. The focus is on enjoyment and participation. The lessons are designed to be fun and include inclusive games that are in line with the Playing for Life philosophy. The games can be replicated on a smaller scale, with the pupils in groups setting up their game and managing it themselves. This provides the coach with the opportunity to observe and ensure that all pupils are having fun, while being actively involved in a safe environment, and to provide discrete coaching where necessary.
