WorksheetWorks.com (You enter parameters and it generates a blank grid…you would have to put in the topics)
Download the USMLE Study Planner (this is an hourly schedule, again you will have to add the topics)
I still like Ali Abdaal’s magic spreadsheet. Here’s the template you can customize, from Ali’s method: Step 2 CK Study Plan Template
1. Start with the most challenging material for you.
2. Spaced repetition (rather than study infectious disease for three days straight, study for a few hours one day, then study again next week for a few hours, once mastered quit studying that topic).
3. Interleaving – do multiple study methods, combine U-World, Amboss, Anki cards, review Online Med-Ed videos & CaseX, books (chapters where content is not as fresh- rotations you did early on). Mix it up.
4. Maintain focused study time, and use pomodoro technique to pause for wellness breaks.
5. Take NBME practice exams every few weeks to gauge what you’ve mastered and where you still need to focus.
6. Focus on quality time with questions first and amp up speed so you are doing more questions each day. Getting through a lot of questions would be great closer to your exam date, and going “full circle” to really understand and have information stick early on is good.
