Our Mission Statement:

Transforming Black American communities by recognizing and responding to societal needs through education, innovation, intervention, and dissemination of maternal and infant mortality and morbidity and anxiety research.

Our Vision Statement:

To decrease the prevalence of anxiety and infant and maternal mortality and morbidity in Black Americans by becoming the nation’s foremost minority mental health research lab with an expert focus on Black maternal mental health.
