1. Load Your Data:
Open Power BI and load your dataset.
Go to the "Home" tab and click on "Transform Data" to open the Power Query Editor.
2. Open Power Query Editor:
In the Power Query Editor, select the table that contains the column you want to transform.
3. Select the Column to Transform:
Click on the column you want to transform.
4. Transform Column:
Go to the "Transform" tab.
Click on the "Format" dropdown menu.
Choose one of the following options:
Uppercase: Converts all text in the column to uppercase.
Lowercase: Converts all text in the column to lowercase.
Capitalize Each Word: Capitalizes the first letter of each word in the column.
5. Apply Changes:
Click "Close & Apply" in the Power Query Editor to apply the changes and return to the main Power BI window.
Your column should now be transformed based on the selected formatting option.
