Formatting a simple table in Power BI is a straightforward process.
Select the table you want to format.
Open the Format section by selecting the paintbrush icon on the Visualizations pane.
Try formatting the table grid options.
Adjust the column header text.
Format individual columns and headers.
Apply conditional formatting by selecting a Table or Matrix visualization and right-clicking or selecting the down-arrow next to the field in the Values well that you want to format.
Select Conditional formatting, and then select the type of formatting to apply.
Use the Grid, Column headers, Row headers, and Values options to design your table style.

Load the Sales Data:
Import your sales data into Power BI.
Create the Table:
Select the Table from the "Visualizations" pane.
Add Fields:
Drag the "Subcategory" field to the "Columns" area.
Drag the "Sales" field to the "Columns" area.
Drag the "Profit" field to the "Columns" area.
Drag the "Quantity" field to the "Columns" area.
Customize:
Use the "Format" pane to adjust the chart's appearance.

3. Insert Gridlines
Open format pane - goto "Grid" - Select Horizhontal Grid, turn it on - change colour and width of gridline
Open format pane - goto "Grid" - Select Verticle Grid, turn it on - change colour and width of gridline
4. Apply Style
Open format pane - goto "Style Presets" - Select any style from dropdown and apply
5. Add Title
Open format pane - goto "Title" - turn the title on - change the font - change font size - change text colour- change background colour - change the alignment
