Following Are The Steps For Trimming Columns

1. Load Your Data:

Open Power BI and load your dataset.

Go to the "Home" tab and click on "Transform Data" to open the Power Query Editor.

2. Open Power Query Editor:

In the Power Query Editor, select the table that contains the column you want to trim.

3. Select the Column to Trim:

Click on the column you want to trim.

4. Trim Column:

• Go to the "Transform" tab.

• Click on the "Format" dropdown menu.

• Select "Trim".

5. Apply Changes:

• Click "Close & Apply" in the Power Query Editor to apply the changes and return to the main Power BI window.

This will remove any leading and trailing spaces from the selected column.
