Step-by-Step Guide

Load the Sales Data:

Import your sales data into Power BI.

Create the Table:

Select the Table from the "Build" pane.

Add Fields:

Drag the "Subcategory" field to the "Columns" area.

Drag the "Sales" field to the "Columns" area.

Drag the "Profit" field to the "Columns" area.

Drag the "Quantity" field to the "Columns" area.

Customize:

Use the "Format" pane to adjust the chart's appearance.

Try Following Formatting Options

1. Convert sales column to whole number

Click on the sales column from the Data pane -  a tab named "Column tools" will appear in tabs section - under it you will find the option "Data type" - Change the data type to whole number

2. Convert sales column to thousands 

Open "Format Pane" - go to "Specific Column" - under "apply settings to" select "Sales" - under the values option change the "Display units" to thousands - go to "Value Decimal Places" and set decimal places to zero
