Hello everyone. My name is Anna. I am studying at New Taipei Industrial Vocational High School and I am an Applied English major. The goal of Applied English Department is to cultivate the workforce of English communication business. If I am accepted into this program, I will acquire more knowledge about English, through which I learn how to approach things enthusiastically and independently. I hope I can work in a international company or become a translator in the future.

To have a strong body and a sound mind, it is important to focus on both studying and good hobbies. My hobby is playing basketball. In my leisure time, I usually go playing basketball with my friends. Playing basketball can help me exercise, release negative emotions, and cultivate team spirits.

Bilingual education is a national trend. It is important to learn both in English and Chinese. I like English because it is an international language. It can help me know what is happening in the world and communicate with people around the globe. I have been interested in English since I was young, so I asked my parents to let me go to cram school to learn English. Up to now, I still have a lot of enthusiasm for English.

In the near future, I hope I have a chance to broaden my interests and cooperate with people from different fields in this program. And I believe I can bring what I learn into full play in this program. In this program, we might face new challenges, but we will keep improving and overcome them. My motto is that only those who persist till the end can achieve their goals. If I am admitted, it will be a good chance for me to learn more. On top of that, joining this program and getting the certificate will not only provide me a chance to go aboard for advanced study, but also help me gain advantages when applying for colleges.
