Task 1: Create a more in-depth recruitment training process.
To complete this task, the recruitment director and president need to be in communication. Once there are more days of training, it is the members job to use this as a resource to get ready for the two weekends of formal recruitment.
Task 2: Incorporate more engaging activities for all members.
To complete this task, a positive atmosphere needs to be encouraged to the members beforehand so they know the expectations. The Treasurer will observe the recruitment training budget and communicate with the recruitment director. Both of them can work together on putting a part of the money aside for providing food for the members during the day.
Task 3: Provide a virtual option to accommodate needs.
To complete this task, all members will need the resources in order to participate via online. The recruitment committee will need to be in communication with all members for attendance and creating a plan with its members that can't participate in-person training sessions.
Task 4: Bring in Theta alumni, professional trainers, guest speakers to help oversee and provide guidance for the workshops.
To complete this task, the chapter and alumni's schedules must line up and allow for time to get perspectives/feedback
Task 5: Create a workshop for the trainers
To complete this task, the executive members need to reserve a day when they can meet to communicate about the training process within each-other and alumni.
Task 6: Evaluate the members knowledge post-training
To complete this task, the VP of Membership will need the resources in order to create the survey and be in communication with the rest of their team such as the president, Recruitment Director, recruitment committee, and recruitment data assistant to help analyze the results and create a training plan for the next session.
