At the back of The Lot, guests can find 2 larger soundstages attached together. Upon entering the first soundstage, guests are taken into the USS Sulaco (which was built in the 007 Stage) and explore the hangar. As the guests wind through the queue, references to Aliens can be found of cast preparing for their next mission. Ripley’s Power Loader, pulse rifles, and multiple sketches/ notebooks warning guests of the Aliens they are about to see. The guests then leave the initial hangar and head into a control room where they surround a central stage. Once all guests are ready and can see the centre area, a hologram comes in from Bishop, who is on the dropship trying to leave, warning guests of what’s happening. Set near the climax of Aliens (1986), Hicks and Bishop have successfully made it to the dropship to escape LV-426 but Ripley went back out for Newt, and now both are worried about her. In order to ensure Ripley’s success and safety, Bishop is getting the guests to load into vehicles to set out to Newt’s last known location, hopefully finding her and Ripley together, helping them return to the dropship and get home. After the debriefing, guests head to a loading platform of a longer tunnel aboard the ship that leads to an escape pod down to the Exomoon. Guests load into a standard launch coaster trains of 12 rows of 2 for 24 riders per train. The trains use shoulder restraints similar to the newer design on Intimidator 305.

The guests load into the coaster cars and leave the loading platform to turn down another hallway in the ship and reach the escape pods. Guests get a countdown before launching off of the Saluco and temporarily into space. The coaster does a corkscrew and lands on LV-426 just outside of the main base and winds it’s way closer to the tall structure (this leads into the second soundstage). Upon entering the building, the coaster is met quickly with an Alien popping out of the wall causing a sharp turn and down a narrow hallway that is mostly dark outside of a few flashing lights. Another alien appears from in front of the coaster causing the coaster to drop down a level to some water, and as Bishop informs the guests, Newt’s last known location. The coaster follows more tight turns following the noises and “alien evidence” hoping it leads them in the right direction. After a few more turns, it opens into a larger room, and the coaster hits a large loop around a few bridges before continuing on through a new set of hallways where the trail/ signal flares allowing the guests to head straight towards Ripley/ Newt.
The coaster quickly catches up and goes past Ripley and into the Egg room. The coaster weaves past Newt on the wall and a half dozen eggs before turning the corner and coming face to face with the massive Queen Alien Animatronic. The coaster then does a large double helix down around the large Queen animatronic avoiding her mouth and arms as they spiral down. As the coaster straightens out, explosions can be heard behind the guests and the large room starts to fill up with fire effects insinuating that the building is coming down, and everyone has to get out, and get out now. The coaster goes down a small drop to pick up speed in another tight tunnel where another alien pops out of a doorway to jump scare the guests again. The coaster slows down as it comes to the top of the burning building with an animatronic Ridley and Newt on their left and the open elevator door with the large Queen alien animatronic to their right. On a screen behind Ridley and Newt, the drop ship comes from below to rescue the pair, prepping the guests to leave the moon and escape. The guests pull forward and hit the second launch of the coaster to leave LV-426 and head back to the Sulaco. After arriving on the Sulaco, guests get jump scared by one last popup of the Queen now on the Sulaco. The coaster train pulls around the corner to see a final screen fight between the Queen and Ripley. The scene plays out exactly how it does in the movie, complete with a wind effect when the door lock opens up to push the Queen down. With the Queen defeated, the coaster cars roll back into the unloading station and guests exit the Sulaco, and back into Pinewood.
