Located along the waterfront within Monte Carlo, guests can find Riviera Reflections, a simple Mediterranean Bistro restaurant. The menu of the Riviera Reflections consists of Mediterranean Dishes of French, Italian, and Spanish cuisine focused specifically on seafood, olive-based dishes, and fresh salads.

As part of the restaurant, wait staff, bartenders, and other guests in the restaurant can all be opted in missions (so that guests who don't want to pay for a meal have to in order to complete a mission). Guests may have to talk to fellow informants, drop off briefcases, etc. to complete their restaurant misson and move to their next mission. 

The centrepiece of the land is the Monte Carlo Casino, themed to the same one found in the real Monte Carlo. Attached to the casino, is a large hotel tower, serving as the park hotel as part of the park opening. The 400-room, 8 floor hotel tower is themed completely to match the Monaco theme from the land. 

The main part of the building however, is the casino building and the lobby. The entire building is open to theme park guests (and theme park guests only. even with an entrance to the hotel located on the outside road, park tickets are needed to stay at the hotel due to the potential spy missions). Guests of all ages can explore the large, 15 foot tall ceilings of the main lobby with ornate decorations throughout. The second floor is a full casino matching the iconic one complete with dealer tables of a wide variety of card games, slot machines, and more to complete a widespread of options for adults of legal age to enjoy a complete Monte Carlo Casino experience. In the "basement" of the casino, guests can find secret rooms used for spy missions as well as the "real" casino vault that they may need to crack.
