Pinewood is one of the largest movie studios in the world that isn't attached directly to a movie production company. Because of that, it gives them a large range of flexibility on just what is filmed at Pinewood and how they can use it to promote Pinewood. 

For the 90th Anniversary, Pinewood Studios buys part of Black Park in order to transform the entire area of the studio into a large tourist destination. With the purchase, Pinewood Studios adds 50 acres to their land (similar to what Universal Studios Hollywood in size) in order to build out a full theme park, complete with an update to the studio backlot, a hotel, and multiple lands, with an expansion pad.
